Albion close on deal for duo
Any fee for Kazenga is likely to smash the Seagulls previous transfer record set only a week or so ago when Will Buckley joined from Watford. The fee is being touted by various sources as anywhere between 1.2 to 1.5 million pounds. Michael Woods is also a very interesting proposition. The former Leeds and Chelsea youth midfielder player is best played as a defensive midfielder in a similar role to Liam Bridcutt who, of course is also out of Chelsea youth ranks. Woods spent the remainder of last season on loan at Notts County and has attracted the interest of several Championship teams since he became a free agent. It does appear however that Poyet and co have won the race for his signature.
