Late Drama Denies Brighton
Brighton's Championship season continued with a two-two draw against Derby at the iPro Stadium on Saturday, meaning the unbeaten run went on 20-matches.
Man United loanee James Wilson followed up his goal last time round with another midway through the first half as he finished from a Jamie Murphy cross but this wasn't a lead Brighton could take into half time with Bradley Johnson heading Derby level.
Fellow loanee Rajiv van La Parra (arriving on deadline day, like Wilson, but from Wolves), who was brought on in the second half, ended a counter-attack with a goal 15-minutes from time to (seemingly) win the game for Albion.
That was until a Gordon Greer foul on Johnny Russell gave Derby the chance to claim a point with a penalty awarded, which Chris Martin took as he slammed the ball past David Stockdale with two-minutes to play.
Derby almost took the lead in the opening minute but Tom Ince saw his effort deflected wide whereas Stockdale denied him again and Martin before that with Jason Shackell denied by a goal line clearance before Wilson struck.
The other results were.

Hull 1-0- Bolton
Middlesbrough 0-0 Birmingham
Preston 1-0 Reading
QPR 0-0 Burnley
Looking at these results the stand out ones (as such) have to be the wins for Ipswich, Bristol City and Preston for me?
Ipswich winning one-nil at MK Dons saw the Tractor Boys into the play-off places and as much as that win wasn't a surprise in many way they did win it was another good win that sets them up nicely and saw Mick McCarthy celebrate his MotM win with a victory!
For only a second time away from Ashton Gate three-points were collected by Bristol City in a relegation battle with Huddersfield that the Robins came out two-one winners in.
Preston followed up the win at Burnley with another when managerless Reading continued to struggle (and dropped to 12th) at Deepdale with the Lilywhites victorious one-nil.
Did a starter, or someone from the bench, offer the most?
