Albion Hope In Lingard Return Quest?

Could Jesse Lingard come back to Brighton this season on loan again? Reports in the Argus say that Sami Hyypia wants this and it could be on.

What's more, if these reports are true, our chances of bringing back the England U21 international might have improved with him left out of Manchester United's pre season tour of America, which would perhaps suggest that Louis van Gaal could allow him to leave Old Trafford again this season?

These reports say that the forward wasn't on a provisional squad list released for the International Champions Cup, with the official squad announced tomorrow.

I'd be happy to have Lingard back again this season but wouldn't want him back on loan as a replacement for Leo Ulloa if he does eventually leave for Leicester, who are going to make a fourth or fifth bid for him!

Should we sell Leo I'd expect Albion to reinvest a significant slice of that fee in a permanent striking replacement and not a temporary loan signing, if we could add Lingard on loan as well all the better.
