Still A Wanted Man

Still A Wanted Man

Brighton striker Leo Ulloa is still a wanted by Leicester, even though they have now secured the services of their top goalscorer from last season.

David Nugent signed a new two year contract with Leicester on Wednesday that ended doubts over his future but this hasn't stopped them from retaining an interest in Leo, as it was always viewed that they wanted both and not one or the other anyway.

The Argus gives no names or quotes but does sat that they have been told that Nigel Pearson still wants another striker and that Ulloa is very much on his list.

Sami Hyypia has held talks with him and again stressed he wants him to stay at Albion, at the moment this is happening and Ulloa is staying with the club but the transfer window still has plenty of weeks to run and things, as we know, can change very quickly in football.

I'd want this resolved sooner rather than later though, wouldn't you? Now if Leicester proposed some form of swap deal for Ulloa and Nugent!
