Oscar Says Buckley's Still Not Ready

Has Will Buckley played his last game for Brighton? With Oscar confirming that he'll miss the game with Burnley tomorrow if the rumours linking him with a move away from the Amex are true maybe he has.

Buckley's hamstring injury has kept him out since the end of last year and despite making progress in his return from injury last week Oscar's told the Argus that he'll not be ready to return to the squad that goes to Turf Moor tomorrow.

'He's not joined in training with the group. He's not ready to play on Tuesday.'

A host of others players, rested for the win over Port Vale in the FA cup, will return though.

The transfer window closes at 11pm on Friday, with Buckley missing the game tomorrow if the reported interest from Sunderland and Crystal Palace is followed up with concrete interest the winger could've played his last game for Albion.

Oscar's still looking to bring in players mind before the window closes.

'I hope when the transfer window closes we will have some players who will strengthen the squad. The aim is to bring in players who will improve the team.'

Craig Conway could be one that he looks to bring back to the Amex, and his Cardiff days are numbered.
