Deadline day signing Matthew Upson goes straight into Albion's starting line-up this afternoon at Sheffield Wednesday.
The ex-England centre-half, who signed on loan from Stoke on Thursday night, comes in for the injured Gordon Greer, and will sit alongside Adam El-Abd in the Seagulls' back-line. Inigo Calderon keeps his place at RB, with fit-again Bruno taking a place on the bench.
Leonardo Ulloa also makes his league debut, as he spearheads the attack, with Ashley Barnes, Andrea Orlandi and David Lopez occupying the space behind him. Liam Bridcutt and Dean Hammond maintain their partnership in the centre of midfield.
Tomasz Kuszczak also returns between the sticks, whilst attacking quadrant Craig Mackail-Smith, Vicente Rodriguez, Kazenga LuaLua and Will Hoskins provide options on the bench.
Confirmed line-ups:
Sheffield Wednesday: Kirkland, Buxton, Gardner, Llera, Pugh; Antonio, Helan, Lee, Prutton, Coke; Lita.
Subs: Bywater, Taylor, Mattock, Semedo, J Johnson, McCabe, Madine.
Brighton & Hove Albion: Kuszczak, Calderon, Upson, El-Abd, Bridge; Bridcutt, Hammond, Orlandi; Barnes, Ulloa, David.
