'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Buckley not fussed over value talk

Will Buckley says he is unfazed by recent debate over his price tag, following comments from manager Gus Poyet.

The Albion boss stated in a recent post-match interview that Buckley would not leave for any less than 10 million, making reference to the valuations being bandied around for rival winger and current hot topic Wilfried Zaha.

But the ex-Watford man is keen let his football do the talking, and concentrate on helping Albion rediscover the form that saw them hit top spot in mid-September.

Buckley told the Argus, "It gives me confidence if the gaffer thinks I'm worth that much. But I don't really worry about things like that.

"I just want to get on the pitch, score goals and set goals up for the lads and hopefully this season we can get in the play-offs at least."

The fleet-footed wide man bagged his 3rd goal of the current campaign in Saturday's 3-3 thriller at Wolves.
