Kuszczak called up for England showdown

Albion's in-form keeper Tomasz Kuszczak could be lining up against England after receiving another call-up to the Poland national squad.

The ex-United stopper has been named in Waldemar Fornalik's squad ahead of their World Cup qualifiers against South Africa and England - with the latter fixture taking place in Warsaw on October 16th.

Kuszczak has been thrust back into the frame owing to injuries to Arsenal pair Wojciech Szczęsny and Łukasz Fabiański - and if he does get the nod, it'll be ahead of recent no.1 Przemysław Tytoń, of PSV.

Here's hoping the Amex favourite is given the chance to shine once again on the international stage - although it'll be a dilemma of loyalties if he is indeed selected in the XI to face England.

Elsewhere, it is unknown whether Andrew Crofts will be involved for Wales during the international break as he is rated as 50/50 for Albion's forthcoming Championship tie with Derby at the weekend.
